My name is Evelyne Plotnicky-Javan and I'm the founder of Whispers Hearing. A French born, registered hearing aid dispenser with the HPC. I first qualified as a Dispensing Optician and after many years in that capacity I became interesting in hearing.
The interest developed from trying to help my mother who suffers from severe Tinnitus. After a little research I discovered that there is a very strong link between hearing damage and Tinnitus. A pair of hearing instruments transformed my mother’s life and she has been able to enjoy a natural and happy life as a result.
This tremendous transformation gave me the passion to study, qualify and now help the people who have been affected with hearing loss for so long.
Modern technology has opened a wonderful world of possibilities and I believe there has never been a better time or way to help the growing number of silent sufferers to regain their life.
It is a tremendous feeling to see people regain control of their activities, social lives and their place in the busy world we live in.
There is no need to worry about the look of hearing instruments any more as they can now be virtually invisible – no one needs to know –Remember : It is far more obvious to people when you don't hear them than when they wear a hearing system.
